Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. We will also accept returns for shipping errors that result in an incorrect product being shipped for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt for orders under $500; orders over $500 have a 15-day return policy.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping is only refundable if it is the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged. ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON DELIVERY AND ANY INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. AFTER 30 DAYS, ORDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND CORRECT.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and with their original packaging for a full refund of the merchandise. Unused items are eligible for a full refund (less shipping charges). Used items cannot be refunded because they are perishable after use (unless deemed defective). If you have a damaged filter, please email photos of the damage so we can process a return - we will email you an easy way to return the item.
DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. You can request one by contacting us at (239) 933-7123 or email us at support@siriosupplier.com. Returns must be sent and received within 21 calendar days of the creation of the RMA number to the following address. ALL RETURNS RECEIVED THEREAFTER HAVE THE RMA DENIED IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
